Traditional Frame Tents
Available in 10′ , 12′ , 15’, 20′, and 30′ wide, these work well for guests counts ranging from 20 up to 120. Traditional frame tents are a cost effective option and can be staked or weighted meaning they can be installed on a wide variety of surfaces.
Hi Peak Frame Tents
Available in 10′, 15′, 20′ wide as well as our 34′ hex, these are sufficient for guest counts ranging from 10 up to 112 guests. Hi peak frame tents are somewhat of a hybrid between a frame tent and a pole tent as you get the functionality of a frame tent with the look of a pole tent. These can be staked or weighted.

Gable End Frame Tents
Available in 6’, 9’, 10′, 20′, 30′, 40′, and 50′ widths, these will accommodate guest counts from 20 all the way up into the high hundreds or even thousands. Based on the design, they can be used in a large variety of applications such as tenting over swimming pools, adding additional square footage to continue from a room in your home or business out into a tent, installations on decks, multi-tiered landscaping, long term installs, etc. With inter-changeable roof panels, solid white, clear, or a combination thereof will allow you to have a fully clear tent, or a solid white tent with skylights to allow for more natural light beneath. These tents can be fully staked, weighted where stakes may not be permitted, or a combination of the two.
Pole Tents
Available in 40′, 50′, 60′ and 80′ wide, these will accommodate full seating from 160 to over 1000 guests. Pole tents MUST be staked and cannot be weighted.
Frame Tents
- Can be installed on a wider variety of surface areas such as decks, patios, grass, concrete, asphalt, uneven surfaces, over swimming pools, tiered landscaping, raised floors, etc.
- Can be installed on surfaces where staking is not permitted as we can ballast the tents with concrete.
- Gable end frame tents be installed up against or as close to a house/building as permitted with minimal to no precipitation run off between house/building and tent. This works great for trying to extend spaces such as dining rooms, garages, warehouse space, etc outdoors with a seamless flow.
- With a Gable end frame tent, there is flexibility with the tent tops and end caps. You can have solid white, clear, or a combination of the two to allow more natural light inside the tent. Combining white and clear mid sections creates the aesthetic of skylights.
- Framework inside the tent allows for more flexibility of décor options such as lighting, floral arrangements, fabric swags, etc.
- Some heavier duty frame tents have snow loads which are great options for short or long term rentals throughout the winter months.
- The larger sizes can be more costly than pole tents.
- The overall height makes the tent feel larger.
- Since there is no framework to the tent, the aesthetic of the inside can be considered a “cleaner” look.
- Pole tents can be a great option if you’re looking for a large tent but are on a budget as they’re generally more cost effective than frame tents.
- Can only be installed on flat surfaces.
- Pole tents MUST be staked and cannot be fully or partially weighted.
- Center poles can impede with things such as dance floors, table placement, etc. • Lack of framework limits décor options.
- Requires a larger installation footprint.
- Some clients feel the shape of the tents is “circus like”.
Self Install Tents/Canopies
Available in 16’ x 16’, 20’ x 20’, and 20’ x 30’, these DIY tents will accommodate seating from 20 guests up to a maximum of 60 guests. Self-install tents are pole tents meaning they have to be installed on flat grass area with an additional 6’ around on all 4 sides to accommodate staking. These tents cannot be weighted.
Ballasting
When tents cannot be fully staked, they must be ballasted by other means in order to safely secure the tent to the earth. While there may be some more cost-effective options out there, this does not mean that they are safe by any means. Things like water barrels, small weighted buckets, sand bags, etc are not nearly enough weight to safely and properly ballast tenting/temporary structures which is why we use the industry standard; concrete. While 55-gallon water barrels may be heavy at approximately 480 pounds, the effective weight is only about 40% of that based on friction since water barrels are constructed of a smooth material. In addition to the 40% effective weight, they also lose approximately one third of their holding power based on how high off the ground the attachment point is for the tent straps to connect to the barrels. The TLDR; if you’re concerned about the safety of your guests and assets, water barrels are unsafe and should not be used to ballast tents.
